Delete your DigiWell account

The fastest and most complete path is inside the DigiWell app after Google sign-in. It can confirm ownership, request operational cloud deletion, and guide local/Drive cleanup. This website does not sign you in or call DigiWell APIs.

Delete in the app

1Open DigiWell and sign in with Google to the account you want removed.
2Go to More and open account / data controls.
3Choose delete account, read the warnings, and confirm with Google.
4Use the app’s local erase and Drive restore controls if you also need encrypted on-device data or Drive checkpoints removed.

What operational deletion covers

Operational DigiWell account and sign-in record on DigiWell servers
Registered devices and FCM registration state
Entitlement / Premium mirror state
Queued account email delivery jobs

What this site does not delete

Encrypted wellness records that live only on your phone (Routines, Check-ins, Focus, Progress)
Google Drive appDataFolder checkpoints you created — remove those from Drive or via the app if needed
Your Google account itself
Google Play subscriptions — cancel separately in Play if you do not want future charges

If you cannot access DigiWell

Email us from the Google address linked to your DigiWell sign-in, or include that address in the message. Use the subject “DigiWell account deletion request”. We may ask for extra verification before deleting operational cloud data. We will never ask you to email an ID token, recovery passphrase, Drive file, or database.
